Cheeses of British Columbia - Cheese Tasting Nights

Join Cecilia, the Passionate Fromager for a lesson in cheese each month. She will be providing a thorough understanding of the many faces of cheese. Each month we will feature a different region and sample 5-7 cheeses, and, of course, pair these lovely morsels with wine and beer.
