Recipe for Onion Roll-Up
1 tbsp. / 15ml Roquefort cheese
1/2 cup / 125ml cream cheese
1 jar (250ml / 5oz) Vermouth Tipsy Onions
1/2 cup crushed almonds or pistachios
In a food processor puree cheese. Add chopped onions. Place in bowl and garnish with nuts. Chill. Serve on crackers.

2 1/2oz Gin (Vodka)
1/2oz dry Vermouth
2 Vermouth Tipsy Onions
Pre-chill glass. Fill martini shaker with ice cubes. Pour in Gin (Vodka) and Vermouth. Shake. Strain into glass and garnish with two Vermouth Tipsy Onions..
