Last night I went downtown to try Lynn Crawford’s restaurant Ruby Watch Co. What a great concept. Dinner was a prix fix of $45. It included, a great starter which was a kind of take off of Salad Nicois with trout, greens, quail eggs,  baby potatoes and roasted baby beets....
